Develop Project Team is a process for improving project performance by improving team members’ skills ( team growth ), how they work together, and the general team environment and building teams at work. The main benefit of this process is that it leads to better teamwork, better interpersonal skills and competencies, motivated employees, less employee turnover, and better project success overall. The project as a whole goes through this process.
