Conduct Procurements in project management (pmp) is the process of getting answers from sellers, choosing one, and giving them a contract. The best thing about this process is that it chooses a qualified seller and follows through on the delivery deal. The agreements, which may include written contracts, are the end result of the process. During the job, this process is done as needed at different times.
